Delete account
Permanently delete your RideArrow account and the information associated with it in our cloud.
What will be deleted
- your RideArrow Firebase account and its Google-account association,
- cloud settings and saved layouts,
- cloud ride records, GPS tracks, and telemetry,
- server-side subscription association and navigation API usage records.
Data stored only on your phone is removed by clearing RideArrow storage or uninstalling the app.
Important: deleting the account does not cancel automatic subscription renewal in Google Play. Cancel it first in Google Play subscription management.
Secure verification and deletion
Sign in with the same Google or email account you use in RideArrow. Sign-in is used only to verify account ownership.

If RideArrow remains installed, uninstall it or clear its storage to remove local data as well.
Anonymous guest account
A guest account has no persistent sign-in credential. Delete it directly in the app via Profile → Delete account and cloud data.
Alternative request
If you cannot sign in, email jsoft@gmail.com and include the account email used in RideArrow. We may request additional verification to protect the account.
