Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of RideArrow, including its dashboards, maps, route planning, navigation, ride log, and cloud features.
Effective and last updated 30 July 2026
1. Provider and acceptance
RideArrow is provided by JSoft s.r.o., Pod Šiancom 1F, 040 01 Košice, Slovak Republic. By using RideArrow you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Safe use
RideArrow is an informational riding aid, not a substitute for road signs, traffic rules, judgment, or safe vehicle control. Routes, maps, speed, hazards, and instructions may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Keep your attention on the road, use a suitable mount and hands-free controls, and stop safely before interacting with the app. You remain responsible for your route and driving.
3. Maps, search, and third-party services
RideArrow maps and routing may use data and software from OpenStreetMap contributors, Protomaps, MapLibre, Valhalla, and Cloudflare. Their availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.
Place search is provided through the Google Places UI Kit. Your use of Google place search is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and the Google Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference where required. Google place results are shown inside Google’s attributed component; RideArrow uses a selected place ID and coordinates to place a point on its own map.
4. Accounts, content, and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and device. You may import GPX files and create layouts only when you have the right to use that content. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, bypass access controls, extract protected third-party data, or use RideArrow unlawfully.
5. Plans and purchases
Features may differ between Free, Lite, and Full plans. Prices and renewal terms are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. Store rules govern billing, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management. Deleting a RideArrow account does not cancel a store subscription.
6. Availability and changes
Online search, maps, downloads, backup, and other features may depend on connectivity and third-party services. We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for security, legal compliance, or service changes.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, RideArrow is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free maps and routes. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. JSoft s.r.o. is not responsible for losses caused by ignoring road rules, unsafe interaction with the app, or relying on RideArrow instead of actual road conditions.
8. Termination, law, and contact
You may stop using RideArrow and delete your account at any time. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens users or systems. Slovak law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction available in your country of residence.
