Navigation and offline maps

Make sure RideArrow has precise location access. For offline navigation, download the complete country packages required for your route before disconnecting from the internet. Keep the screen unlocked while a large download is being prepared unless the app shows an active background download.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can review, change or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting a RideArrow account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Account and saved data

Sign in with the same account to access supported RideArrow Pro cloud data on another device. If you cannot sign in, include the account email and device model when contacting support. Never send us your password.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the Privacy Policy, review the Terms of Use, or request account deletion.

Safety

RideArrow is a riding aid. Always obey road signs, traffic laws and current road conditions. Stop safely before interacting with the app.
